
Remote Medical Support Specialist

This role is a great opportunity to provide exceptional support to patients and contribute to a fast-paced, remote team.
- Provide high-quality patient experience through effective communication and efficient management of phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate appointments, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings with multiple practitioners and time zones.
- Monitor inboxes and communication channels for timely responses and prioritization of urgent queries.
- Ensure accurate patient registration details and maintain patient information in the system.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments, recall systems, and administrative workflows that support clinical staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a health-related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a remote receptionist, administration, or customer service role ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a calm approach.
- Proficient in patient management software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive remote team.
- Work from home, day shift, Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM PHT (adjustment will be made for DST)
