Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our client's marketing efforts and elevate their brand presence in the Australian hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or hospitality marketing, with a proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to multiple hotel properties
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels
  • Optimise the company's online presence, including website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare estimated budgets and cost proposals for strategy implementation
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing and sales approaches
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly KPI reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning
  • Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous
  • Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred)
