Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support including calendar management, travel coordination, and email administration.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations in collaboration with the finance team.
- Assist in investor relations and board communications.
- Track key deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain accountability systems.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior support role or similar position.
- Proven background in finance, accounting, or investment environments.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with AI tools and digital assets is also desired.
