About the Role

The Student Manager is a key contributor to our team's success and client satisfaction by providing stakeholders with personalized services in preparation for college admissions.

This role involves handling individual student cases, as well as all college admissions-related tasks and requests made by clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce quality research and present it in a comprehensive format.

You will be assigned to work on projects that contribute to the growth of the team and company overall during off-peak seasons.

Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely and effective delivery of all communications.
  • Research: Conduct high-level research under the guidance of consultants to support client needs.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services.
  • Administration and Logistics: Coordinate daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Business Development: Work on projects that drive business growth during off-peak seasons.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills to engage with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities to identify challenges and develop strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and collaborative platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with diverse individuals, including children, teenagers, young adults, and their families, in educational or community settings.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to leverage diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ability to work during PST hours preferred.
  • Experience working in an education consulting company specializing in college admissions preferred.
