Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Educational Manager to join our team. As an Educational Manager, you will play a vital role in launching new projects, coordinating and managing tutors, planning and analyzing program efficacy, and streamlining communication with stakeholders.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing tutoring sessions, ensuring that students receive high-quality academic support.
  • Actively support regional operations by providing administrative assistance, answering phones, and managing daily business data.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency targets.
  • Maintain operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. They should also be able to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, as well as communicate clearly and professionally.
