Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in a remote work arrangement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Professionals: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide secretarial tasks, manage client communications, and utilize relevant tools and platforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Calendar Management: You will be responsible for managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Client Liaison: You will liaise with clients and legal professionals for entity set-up, trust deed execution, and related documentation.
  • Secretarial Work: You will handle ASIC-related secretarial work, including Form 484, Form 362, company renewals, and changes to corporate records.
  • Email Management: You will monitor and respond to emails on behalf of team members, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Databases and Documents: You will maintain and update internal databases and document registers.
  • Document Preparation: You will prepare, review, and format documents and correspondence with high accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide admin support to team members across different departments.
  • e-Marketing and Social Media: You will assist with basic e-marketing and social media scheduling or content coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maturity and Discretion: You must possess a high level of maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
  • Calendar Management: You must be able to manage calendars and appointments independently.
  • Time Management: Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.
