Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to support our corporate services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing weekly internal newsletters, intranet content (SharePoint), asset and fleet data entry, and admin tasks across systems.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging internal communications with a clear, professional tone aligned to our company branding. You will work closely with the Corporate Services Manager to manage high-level comms tasks, provide marketing and admin support, and help streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing and communications background with strong admin capabilities, ensuring internal messaging is clear, professional, and consistent with our corporate tone.
