Job Description:

Written Communications



Develop, write, and edit high-impact communication materials including executive messages, internal newsletters, press releases, talking points, speeches, thought leadership articles, and social media copy.

Partner closely with the executive leadership team and other stakeholders to create and cascade clear, compelling internal messages aligned with business goals and company values.

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all written communications.



Creative Concept Development

>> Lead the ideation and creation of integrated campaigns and initiatives that enhance engagement among all target audiences, elevate and amplify the employer brand.

>> Collaborate with design, digital, and other regional marketing teams to bring communication concepts to life across various formats (video, print, digital).



Translate complex business updates into digestible and engaging narratives for diverse audiences.

Create communications and marketing campaigns and follow through on the development and execution of plans from end-to-end, covering pre-launch to post-launch tactics.



Events Management



Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate events such as town halls, leadership forums, employee recognition programs, and strategic planning conferences, among others—not limited to staple events but including special projects, as needed to support business objectives.

Drive thematic development and storytelling for events, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and strategic priorities.

Manage end-to-end event logistics in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring high production value and audience impact.



Required Skills include:



Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

5–10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or related functions.

Proven expertise in writing and editing for executive-level audiences with a strong portfolio of written work.



>> Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaigns and manage brand-consistent communication projects from concept to execution.



Solid experience in planning and managing corporate and internal/external events (virtual, hybrid, or in-person).

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Experience in employer branding, digital content strategy, or multimedia production.



Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline as well as having a thorough understanding of related disciplines. Will most often be a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes or activities. Serves as final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaches, mentors and trains others on the area of expertise.

Ensures the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area OR support sub-function in the context of the strategy for the department. Ensures appropriate policies, processes & standards are developed and implemented to support short to medium term tactical direction. Leads a team of Specialists ,sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
