Job Overview

This role is a mix of corporate communications and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing weekly internal newsletters, intranet content (SharePoint), asset and fleet data entry, and admin tasks across systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Publishing Weekly Newsletters: Utilize Mailchimp to design, distribute and maintain a weekly internal newsletter that effectively communicates key messages to the team.
  • Intranet Content Management: Support the rollout and ongoing content management of the company SharePoint intranet by preparing, structuring, and publishing relevant content.
  • Data Entry and Management: Manage asset and fleet data using SafetyCulture, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across various systems, including inbox and calendar management, scheduling, and recruitment-related tasks.
