
Marketing Systems Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and optimize our marketing systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
The successful applicant will be responsible for automating tasks, improving lead flow, and delivering clean, actionable data. They will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include owning the marketing tech stack, building workflows for lead scoring and routing, campaign setup and support, lead management and attribution, reporting and insights, A/B testing and funnel improvements, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems
- Experience with project tools like Notion and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
