Marketing Growth Specialist

This role involves leading and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, focusing on driving growth and enhancing brand recognition across digital platforms.

The Digital Marketing Growth Specialist will develop, implement, and manage the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, including social media, online advertising, content creation, branding, and more.

This includes developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, managing the company's digital presence, designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing online engagement, conducting performance analysis using analytics tools, researching industry trends, and writing compelling copy for campaigns.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, online advertising, content creation, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools to track performance metrics and improve strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating content for various digital marketing materials
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a passion for driving brand growth and engagement
