Experienced Real Estate Database Specialist

This is a contract remote role for an experienced database manager specializing in US real estate.
As a marketing virtual assistant, you will manage the client's CRM and handle various marketing-related tasks. Responsibilities include administering, managing, and designing databases; maintaining data integrity; conducting data analysis; and optimizing database systems. You will also execute and monitor Google pay-per-click (PPC) or other Google advertising campaigns, handle data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, and automations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Database administration and design skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in data management tools and techniques
- Proven experience executing and monitoring Google Ads
- Minimum one year experience managing CRM systems
- Strong database management skills
- Intermediate or higher French-speaking skills (required)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and adapt to changes
- Detail-oriented and comfortable using trackers
- Work from anywhere in the US time zones
- High-speed internet connection with backup
- Personal desktop/laptop with i5 processor and 4gb ram
- Wired headset with built-in microphone
- Backup power source or alternative work location
