As a key member of our team, your role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales department.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing sales contracts, updating sales data, reporting, tracking and providing administrative assistance as required.

  1. Checking inventory and documenting all signed sales contracts
  2. Researching and analyzing statutes, agreements, and terms and conditions of sales contracts, then providing written reports to the manager and stakeholders
  3. Developing a clear understanding of contracts, and if necessary, interviewing sales teams or relevant contacts about the sales contracts you're working on
  4. Organizing, retrieving, and preparing sales contracts, including attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and any other pertinent documents to fill in missing data and code it in SFDC
  5. Entering and cleaning sales contract data in SFDC
  6. Ensuring pricing schedules are accurate and follow established SOPs
  7. Collaborating with relevant parties as needed
  8. Coordinating with the legal team for advice on specific terms in sales contracts, when required
  9. Updating and maintaining SFDC based on business needs
  10. Creating reports from SFDC and/or SAP
  11. Performing any other related tasks as assigned
Requirements

- Open to fresh graduates

- Must be Excel savvy
