The Pricing Associate role involves supporting the Sales Support team to ensure all price exceptions and sales concerns are completed within defined processes.

  • Monitor mailboxes, complete price exceptions requests and other sales support tasks.
  • Evaluate and escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Managers.
  • Utilize CRM systems to send contracts to customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with sales representatives to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.

This position requires:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and Contract software.
