We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This vital role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to manage complex tasks, projects, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Lead specific projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with senior executive objectives. Delegate tasks as necessary, maintaining oversight for quality and goal adherence.
- Scheduling Optimization: Manage and optimize the senior executive's schedule, prioritizing critical meetings, strategic planning sessions, and networking opportunities for effective time management.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison, ensuring clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively seek opportunities to network, build, and strengthen relationships.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Regularly assess the executive's operational environment to identify and address challenges, devising creative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct in-depth research on topics of interest or relevance, preparing detailed reports and summaries to support decision-making and presentations.
- Emotional Intelligence: Utilize emotional intelligence to navigate complex scenarios, offering support and leveraging situational awareness to enhance relationship-building efforts.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on strategic initiatives, networking outcomes, project status, and other areas of significance as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, demonstrating task management and high-level relationship capabilities.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships and representing senior leadership.
- High level of emotional and situational intelligence, with a discrete approach to handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in project management software.
