Job Opportunity: Estimator Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to fill the role of Estimator Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, with the ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret construction plans to identify project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate budgeting and project execution.
  • Utilize specialized software to create detailed takeoffs and estimates.
  • Organize and track data using digital tools to ensure all information is up to date and accessible.
  • Maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs in the construction industry.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in specialized software and digital tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
