We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Operations Manager to oversee the management of our customer support workflows and queue management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Zendesk queues to optimize agent productivity and reduce wait times.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions and automate processes.
- Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document workflows and suggest process improvements to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Zendesk Certified Administrator (Required)
- Expertise in Zendesk automation, triggers, and queue management.
- Experience with AI setup and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in reporting and presentation creation.
