About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to become an expert in back-office porting operations and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become proficient in all aspects of back-office porting operations.

  • Clearly explain complex technical processes to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support is mandatory.
