Lead Automotive Sales Team

We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Lead to drive sales performance, lead a team of sales professionals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our dealership.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily operations across the automotive sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
  • Working closely with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and dealer partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Familiarity with automotive sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
Location

Onsite work required in Paranaque City.
