Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in producing clear, accurate, and insightful weekly and monthly reports for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver high-quality performance reports for clients, focusing on accuracy and clarity.
  • Gather and consolidate campaign data from major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance.
  • Ensure all reports are accurate and consistent before submission.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role.
  • Proficient in extracting performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports.
  • Able to present complex data clearly to internal stakeholders for client-facing delivery.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines.
  • Keen interest in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms.
