About the Role

This role involves supporting our UK Market by ensuring efficient integration of new properties into Nestify's portfolio. As the first point of contact for landlords, you will coordinate the onboarding process, oversee property readiness, and ensure each property meets Nestify standards. Your work sets the foundation for long-term success and strong partnerships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide landlords through the full onboarding process.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.
  • Support landlords with administrative and operational requirements.
  • List new properties across relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet Nestify standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the property management industry is an advantage.
