Key Responsibilities
  • Make informed technology, platform, and architectural decisions to enhance ETL pipeline efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop processes and guidelines for departmental direction, fostering innovation and excellence within the team.
  • Own and maintain foundational components of our product, overseeing customer data migration into the data warehouse.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a data engineer with 4+ years of experience using Python as the primary language.
  • Strong DevOps skills in a Linux environment, including CI/CD, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select technologies (e.g., Docker, Airflow, Kubernetes) to support scalability and data pipeline orchestration.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills to define standards and best practices for a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
