Job Title: Automation Strategist

As a key player in our automation team, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality automated workflows across multiple client projects. You'll leverage platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and refine automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
  • Integrate diverse apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline operations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation issues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver complex automation projects.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools and automation methods through continuous research and experimentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Ai-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI technologies.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) are a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resourcefulness skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments is an asset.
