Job Overview
  • We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Director to lead our commercial and industrial (C&I) project assets in achieving peak performance and value.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities to ensure reliability and optimal performance of solar facilities.
About the Role

The Asset Management Director will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by developing and implementing effective asset management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on plant performance to ensure efficiency, availability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and service providers to drive effective asset utilization and project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and compliance reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all operational activities.
  • Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, performance improvement, and operational excellence within the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in asset management within the renewable energy sector, preferably in C&I solar projects.
  • Strong understanding of solar plant operations, maintenance practices, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operations teams and external service providers effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and long-term asset value creation.
