About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical support to our clients and internal teams;
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to our cloud services;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize service delivery;

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB) and have experience working with cloud services such as AWS. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) and Snowflake is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, software engineering or a related quantitative field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology and/or financial industry;
  • Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB) and cloud services such as AWS;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and confidently interact with business users;
  • Very good language skills in English (written/oral).
