Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Credit Building Specialist.

In this role, you will pitch and sell credit rebuilding products that align with customer needs and circumstances, ensuring a positive and empathetic approach to turn potential rejections into successful sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers through inbound calls, understanding their concerns and addressing objections.
  • Pitching and selling credit rebuilding products that meet customer goals and circumstances.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Providing clear financial education to customers on credit rebuilding strategies and product benefits.
  • Ensuring customers fully understand product offerings, terms, and how to improve their credit score.
  • Offering ongoing support and follow-up to guide customers through their credit rebuilding journey.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably 3+ years.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Expertise in objection handling and negotiation.
  • A reliable internet connection.
