Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Coordinator to support our sales operations and executive team. This role requires advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to manage data, generate reports, and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with executives on calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Analyze sales reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts)
  • Maintain CRM records and update client databases
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and updates
  • Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and productivity tools
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
