We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to optimize lifecycle marketing programs and drive revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with creative and operational teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.

The ideal candidate will manage communication and alignment across teams, review creative assets, and serve as the main point of contact for execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys)
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
  • Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns

To be successful in this role, you will require strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will also need hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, as well as excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
