Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Affiliate Growth Catalyst with at least 3 years of proven success in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary: Key Opinion Leader and Affiliate Management
  • Proactively engage with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/Brands/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
  • Negotiate, onboard, and handle all necessary paperwork for smooth integration
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing return on investment
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs
  • SEO/Backlink Strategy
  • Interact with external vendors to build backlinks and implement link-building strategies
  • Track and maintain our backlink profile to ensure healthy link structures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive return on investment
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects
  • Must be flexible with working hours to coordinate with global partners
