Affiliate Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a driven affiliate marketing specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns for our e-commerce business.
This role requires a performance-driven individual with expertise in affiliate networks and measurement. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities- Launch, manage, QA, and continuously optimize performance campaigns across affiliate networks and partner platforms.
- Develop commission structures to balance partner incentives with profitability goals and incremental revenue growth.
- Analyze partner performance using internal analytics tools to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
- Manage and refine product feed listability for affiliate networks, ensuring accurate data and optimal performance.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure content is optimized for performance and aligned with seasonal product launches.
- Stay ahead of trends in paid media and social commerce, recommending new platform tests and growth tactics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing with a deep understanding of affiliate networks and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads is a strong plus.
