The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service experiences to clients, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in customer service with experience in financial, healthcare, or insurance accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Gateway, Cubao
- Flexible with shifts
- Coachable and seeks out feedback to improve performance
