Job Description:

The Helpdesk Technician (Onsite) will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers. This includes responding to IT system problems, escalating unresolved issues, and providing follow-up feedback to ensure complete resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT equipment problem-solving and fault/alarm scheduling.
  • Ability to coordinate the service desk's unified scheduling and transfer issues to the appropriate maintenance personnel based on the problem type.
Working Conditions:

The Helpdesk Technician (Onsite) will work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
