Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies while partnering with professional services clients.

The Role:
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end candidate selection process, from outreach to final offers.
  • Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding.
  • Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes.
  • Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary.
Key Requirements:
  • Effective business communication, written and oral.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract.
