We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment professional to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top talent for various client requirements.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate manager or resourcer with a strong background in IT or accounting to take their career to the next level.

  • You will work closely with our team to gain a deep understanding of client needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
  • Create job advertisements that attract top talent and drive business results.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Seek, and Bullhorn.
  • Book and interview shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Assist with placing successful candidates into roles, delivering on our commitment to excellence.
  • Complete reference checks, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in candidate management and sourcing.
  • Strong relationship development skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
  • A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Mature and flexible, with a passion for working in a dynamic and outcome-based environment.
  • Career and financially motivated, with a desire to grow and succeed.
