Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to manage the end-to-end candidate selection process, from outreach to final offers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage account-specific activities including CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking systems and offers/onboarding
  • Assist in managing ad-hoc administration tasks to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the team
Requirements:
  • Effective business communication skills, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
