Job Summary:

2GO Group Inc., a leading logistics and transportation company in the Philippines, is seeking a results-driven and highly organized Recruitment Supervisor to lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for the Visayas and Mindanao regions. This role will be instrumental in fulfilling workforce requirements across operations, sales, customer service, and support functions while ensuring alignment with corporate hiring standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to job offer and onboarding for Visayas and Mindanao.

    • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.

  • Regional Talent Sourcing:

    • Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies including online job portals, career fairs, campus recruitment, community outreach, and employee referrals.

    • Build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and volume hiring roles.

  • Process & Compliance:

    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations, hiring records, and recruitment reports.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the Manila-based Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure consistent practices and communication.

    • Provide guidance to recruitment assistants or coordinators in the region, if applicable.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

    • Recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Employer Branding:

    • Promote 2GO as an employer of choice in the region through targeted campaigns and participation in local recruitment events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social media recruiting.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willing to travel within Visayas and Mindanao as needed.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is an advantage.
