Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for collecting cash from customers in a fast-paced global team. The candidate will be working proactively with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a high-volume multi-currency ledger
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Query handling and investigation
  • Cash allocation and identification of payments
  • Final notice processing and non-payment resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cash collecting in a busy global AR team
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines
  • Self-starter and proactive thinker
