Job Title: Digital Reputation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Reputation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving our online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums.

The role requires exceptional English writing and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience using monitoring/ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar).

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards (FDCPA, Reg F, etc.).
  • Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience using monitoring/ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar).
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
  • (Preferred but not required) Experience in financial services, collections, or other regulated industries.
