We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant with strong experience in online reputation management and administrative support. This role will focus on monitoring and managing online presence, generating positive reviews, and handling high-priority tasks to support the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor online conversations and respond appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative content
  • Generate and coordinate positive reviews through legitimate channels
  • Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
  • Serve as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital platforms
