Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage our digital content across various social media platforms. This role involves categorizing and tagging digital content effectively to enhance discoverability and user engagement.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to frequently asked questions (FAQs) on social media channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators to understand the context and intent of content for effective tagging.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
