Shopify Customer Support OpportunityAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic customer support professional to join our team in providing exceptional assistance to Shopify customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone, ensuring a professional and friendly tone is maintained throughout all interactions.

You will also be responsible for handling product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with Gorgias and Shopify, demonstrating your ability to multitask and work efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product updates and support best practices
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Shopify and Gorgias
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • An empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
