Job Overview

The WFM Planning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and comparing staffing and revenue reports from the past to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to make informed recommendations for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor call volumes and effectively manage agent staffing
  • Develop processes and forecast future needs for a successful client program
  • Prepare and analyze detailed staffing reports and forecast long-term staffing headcounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6 months or more experience in data analysis
  • Associate degree, technical school diploma, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to engage and support teams in achieving day-to-day tasks efficiently
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to manipulate data for reporting
