Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. ">
  3. Develop and maintain customer relationships both internal and external, being respectful of cultural and regional differences. ">
  4. Query handling and investigation, collaborating with other departments for swift resolutions and efficient OTC flow. ">
  5. Cash allocation, assisting with payment identification and categorization, ensuring short paid reasons are resolved within the month. ">
  6. Carefully process final notices, working with internal stakeholders, taking appropriate actions in cases of non-payment, up to account closure and service termination. ">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of successful cash collecting experience in a busy global AR team. ">
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive approach. ">
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on exposure to accounting systems. ">
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building. ">
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines. ">
