Job Title:

Accounting Manager

Manage financial data and reports to help the company make informed business decisions.

Oversee audits, cost and general accounting, budgeting, accounts receivable/collection, and billing.

Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

  • Prepare financial reports for management and outside agencies on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
  • Perform project life-cycle cost analysis, including reviews of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Provide and interpret financial information.
  • Work with external auditors and prepare required reporting as per the audit checklist.
  • Develop external relationships, such as auditors, bankers, and statutory organizations.
  • Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits, and prepare fiscal documentation.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Plan and prepare budget and forecasting.
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification.
  • Direct experience with USA accounting systems.
  • 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • High professional standards and ethics, with an ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Performance management of support staff.
  • Direct experience coordinating internal and external audits.
