Seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our organization's strategic growth and operational efficiency.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, compliance, and reporting. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting sustainable business growth.

  • Oversight of all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury
  • Leadership in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Provision of accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors
  • Management of cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion
  • Overseeing financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assessment of financial risks and opportunities, and provision of guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement
  • Development of KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making
  • Leadership and mentorship of the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Collaboration with other executives on strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and corporate development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable
