Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Demand and Supply Planning Associate in our Sales Planning and Administration Department based in Makati City.

This position requires a domain expert in demand and supply monitoring and management, with a strong focus on business continuity through short to mid-term market sales and market share forecasting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the key person in Sales Planning and Vehicle Ordering.
  • You will be responsible for forecasting, monitoring the status and market shares of handled Toyota models.
  • You will coordinate with internal departments in TMP and Toyota Regional Office on vehicle supply.
  • You will analyze handled Toyota models including its competitors.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
  • The candidate should be updated and interested in market shares and trends.
  • The candidate should be customer-oriented with a strong sales inclination.
  • The candidate should be able to multitask and coordinate with different personalities.
  • The candidate should be able to say No to stakeholders without compromising relationships.
  • The candidate should deal with ambiguity; objection handling.
Required Skills:
  • The candidate should have a background in Supply Chain Management and Planning.
  • The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented.
  • The candidate should have high analytical skills.
  • The candidate should be able to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
  • The candidate should be a tenacious team player with Sales & Marketing mindset.
