Job Title: Learning and Development Expert

This position is responsible for the overall management of learning and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting the Director in managing the operations of the office
  2. Recommending systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation
  3. Administering the implementation of programs/projects
  4. Strengthening and improving research and technology development
  5. Maintaining public relations with the community, industry and government organizations
  6. Promoting non-formal extension programs
  7. Coordinating the preparation of periodic reports
  8. Performing other related functions

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • 16 hours of relevant training
  • Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

Application requirements include:

  • Intent Letter indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number
  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised printed in legal size paper) subscribed and sworn to with accomplished Work Experience Sheet
  • Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for TESDA applicants
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received)
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist)
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates)
