Job Description

As a senior quality evaluator and trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standard of customer contact methods. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing and evaluating the quality of these interactions.

Based on your findings, you will provide insightful recommendations to customers to enhance their program performance. This will involve delivering impactful training sessions to address new hire, product update, and recurring training requirements.

To excel in this position, you will need to attain and maintain certification in our Trainer Certification Program.

  • Monitor and evaluate quality standards.
  • Provide expert insights to customers to drive program improvements.
  • Deliver client-focused training programs.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.
