Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The role of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is to ensure that high-quality software products are delivered to end users. This involves implementing test procedures to guarantee that the software operates as intended and meets the requirements and specifications before being released to the live environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
  • Conduct thorough functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to manage defects encountered during testing.
  • Analyze and comprehend business and system requirements for effective test planning.
  • Verify that software aligns with functional specifications.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure correct implementation of criteria and requirements.
  • Offer suggestions for software enhancements based on testing experience.
  • Respond promptly to support requests.
  • Perform other job-related activities as assigned.
  • Stay current with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a QA/Test Engineer.
  • Proficiency in C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and fast learning abilities.
  • Able to analyze and resolve technical issues, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Independent, collaborative, driven, and assertive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with test automation using Selenium is a plus.
