KEY TASKS

  • Preparation and implementation of quality assurance principles and procedures.
  • Performs routine inspections and quality tests.
  • Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
  • Address problems and proposed solutions and discuss them with superiors.
  • Documentation of quality assurance activities and preparation of audit reports.
  • Making improvement recommendations.
  • Preparation of training materials and user manuals.
  • Plan, execute and monitor product inspection and testing to ensure quality and conformance to requirements and deliverables.
  • Assists operations by monitoring, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Develop or update procedures for collecting, investigating, and documenting product complaints.
  • Maintain the logs and report problems to administrators and product developers.
  • Provide training and support to QA team

BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
  • At least 1year experience as Quality Assurance Specialist or equivalent position
  • Willing to work onsite at Kapitolyo Pasig, City
  • Availability to start ASAP is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
